Express How You Feel

Good morning!

Say,
“I will be living happily.”
“I will express my feelings.”
And attract more happiness.

So, most of those who have trouble with others are very nice.
They tend to care for others a lot.
I think this is important.
However, they always put aside their own feelings to try too much to get along with their company,  and to avoid being called an annoying person.
After all, they fail to express their feelings.
They are afraid of getting troubled after telling how they are feeling.

When you successfully express your feelings, you will feel much easier regardless of the other person’s opinions.
It is completely up to them how they take what you say.

You will feel tired if you care about that a lot.
That is, you are being defined by someone else’s evaluations.
So that you will feel stressed and physically ill.

Human relationship is based on that of your parents.

You will also feel easy to live.

Pay attention to your feelings!!
Be honest and express them.
