Be Humble and Get An Offer

Good morning!

Say,

“I work with an appreciation.”

“I respect people’s feelings.”

And let’s walk into the cycle of fortune, where good things after good things are coming.

So, what type of people are likely to get a job offer?

This person, Mr K, was worried that he had no job offers.

He knew that he had been so capable and done a very good job in his past.
But ironically, his brilliant work experiences and his pride had stopped him getting an offer.

People who dealt with a great amount of money in economic boom are still living in that glorious past, looking away from what they currently see in front of them and wishing they could go back to the happy old time.

I have given a counselling for this type people in their 50s, 60s very often.

FYI, young generation does not have such an experience, so they would not get it…

But now, things are different and those boomers got older – they are not what they used to be anymore.

No matter how brilliant they used to be in the past, and no matter how talented they are, that cannot be a good enough reason to bring themselves a good job.

Then how can they get it?

Mr K said to me, “Only thing I have to do is just to make a good achievement as I did in the past, right? Of course I lost my confidence now, but I will start getting offers again once I get it back. I strongly believe it.”

I answered,
“No, you are wrong there. It is only just your duty to make a good achievement, as that is your job after all.

However, I know someone who never gets an offer, no matter how capable, how careful they are.
People wouldn’t want to work with him/her, if possible.

You wonder what type he/she is…?

Someone with no appreciation.

Someone with no modesty.

Someone arrogant.

If you ever show that you take it for granted that you will get a good offer, then you will have no chance.

Just sincerely appreciate Mr B, who kindly supported arrogant you, and who once gave you a job.

Then you will open your door in a big way.

Which means…
Well, you will get it once you experience it.

Even if you don’t, you will surely have the result in a certain way. “

Mr K said,

“I just remembered that it was Mr K who gave me a job before. Now I know what to do. I will thank him first and ask if I can get a job again.”

Exactly.

You don’t get a job just because you are capable. If you are

pure-minded,

humble,

and respectful, then you will get a chance more easily.

Even if you are not matured, people will choose you.
People with appreciation will get hired.
Again, you don’t get an offer just because you are capable.

Of course not. Human relationship is not as dry as an old bone like that.

Even if you are not skilled enough yet right now, be motivated and do what you can do with all your soul.

Your passion and effort will reach people out to the other person.
Then he/she will be eager to work with you, ask you a favour again.

Spend with a respect from your heart, and do your very best for your job which was given to you.

The universe is always watching how you are doing, even though it looks as if nobody around you is.

The door will widely open for you.
