How can you speed up?

“I can do it anytime.”

you will lose your motivation.

When you notice it… you are getting a message from the cosmos.
When you wish to try or when you wish to fix something, is the very moment you should make an action.

Do not think of the reason you cannot, but change it into the energy to think about how you make it;
“Mm, is there anything I can do?”
